Energetic water exercises combine with motivating music to promote cardiovascular fitness and muscle strengthening.  Class format includes a winning combination of a cardio workout and a strength segment that includes all major muscle groups.  Every class ends with a complete stretch.  Class intensity options and modifications are offered, in order to accommodate all fitness levels.
