Water Class

Energetic water exercises combine with motivating music to promote cardiovascular fitness and muscle strengthening.  Class format consists of a 30 minute class geared toward total body training including all major muscle groups.  Every class ends with a stretch.  Class intensity options and modifications are offered, in order to accommodate all fitness levels.

  • Masks are optional during class but must be worn throughout the facility when not actively engaged in class.
  • Instructor subject to change.
  • Maximum 11 participants.
  • Registration Required.
