Lane swimming and water walking can yield great cardiovascular and health benefits. During times that group exercise classes are not in session, take advatage of the pool to create your own independent workout. Please remember to observe proper pool etiquette and remain in your lane. At peak times, lanes may need to be shared with multiple swimmers. Pool walking is also available in our open pool area during this time.
