Each class opens with warm-ups, followed by Taiji Ball which incorporates traditional movements performed with a hand-held weighted ball. This segment focuses on conditioning muscles, nourishing the spine and bones, strengthening the core, and enhancing qi-energy("chee") flow and balance. The second half of class concentrates on the traditional Wu Hao Style of Taijiquan (Tai Chi) for balance, awareness, deeper breathing and other evidence-based benefits.
