Kim is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist as well as a physical therapist with over 15 years of experience. Kim specializes in clients with chronic pain and has experience with orthopedic and neurologic conditions. She has worked in a variety of settings including private practice and skilled nursing/rehab facilities. She uses a wide range of techniques during each session that include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, SMRT (Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique) and scar tissue management. She looks at each client through a functional and holistic lens to help get to the root of the problem.

Kim received her BA in Psychology from Seton Hall University in NJ in 2000 and her MS in Physical Therapy from the University of Rhode Island in 2005. She completed her massage therapy training in 2015 at the Body Therapy Institute in Siler City.
